Fitting Instructions:
Carefully follow the detailed steps provided below to ensure a proper and secure fit. Each instruction is essential, so take your time to complete them thoroughly for the best possible outcome.
- Use the marking template for proper marking on the door on which Fablock needs to be fixed.
- Ensure all the holes made on the door are straight.
- The center hole should not be less than 25mm in diameter.
- Ensure the screws from the front side of the door enter the holes provided on the lock.
- Use the spacing card to provide a minimum gap between the knob and flange for proper functioning.
- Fix the screw on the knob only after removing the spacing card after making holes on the shaft.
- Use the screws provided for fixing the lock on the door. Don’t use any type of gum for fixing.
- No wood insert is needed for installation on hollow profiles.
